Off road parking for 3 cars, 1 outside cottage, 2 outside owner’s dwelling.

Main Entrance

Front door is 76cm wide with no steps but has a metal weatherboard 4cm high.

Hall is small with stairs and doors to lounge and dining room leading off.

Lounge

Door is 72cm wide.

Chair and 2 sofas are 40cm high.

Games Room

Door is 76cm wide.

Small snooker table and football game provided.

Dining Room

Door is 75cm wide.

Table is 72cm high.
Chairs are 76cm high, with a padded seat.

Kitchen

Door from dining room has a step of 3cm and is 76cm wide.

Back door is 76cm wide with a step of 13cm and weatherboard 4cm high.
Worktops and cooker are 93cm high.

Larder

Door from kitchen has a step of 4cm and is 65cm wide.

Three shelves with lowest being 127cm high.

Eleven steps each 21cm high with banister on one side.
