Cottage kitchen Cottage Lawn
A well equipped spacious comfortable self catering country cottage sleeping up to 7 people plus a baby. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a kitchen, larder, dining room, lounge, children's playroom and toilet with hand basin.
The fitted kitchen has a 4 ring double oven electric cooker, dish washer, washer/drier, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Also equipped with a television, digital box, DVD player and CD/tape/radio player together with a selection of DVD's.
Children's play room has a table tennis set and football game. There is also a large selection of games and books for all the family to enjoy.
Twin Bedroom Double Bedroom
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one double with wash basin and shaver point, two twin and one single. A bathroom with an over bath electric shower, toilet, wash basin and shaver point and a shower room with wash basin and shaver point.
Heating comprises of night storage heaters in the dining room, lounge, playroom and landing with radiators in 3 bedrooms and a convector heater in one twin bedroom. There is an electric fire in the dining room, an open fire in the lounge, radiator in the kitchen, and heated towel rails in the bath room and shower room.
A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request (bed linen is not supplied).
Bed linen (duvets), towels (please supply your own beach towels and towels for a baby), electricity and logs are included in the price.
Lawn with garden table and chairs.
Barbecue.
Washing line.
Off road parking.
Smoking is not allowed in the cottage but is allowed in the garden.
Children are warmly welcomed but I am sorry we do not accept pets.
Bedding, towels and bath mats are changed on a weekly basis.
