Rudge Rew Cottage

is a well equipped spacious comfortable country cottage sleeping up to 7 people plus a baby. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a kitchen, dining room, lounge, children's playroom and toilet with hand basin. The front door entry is level and leads to a small hall and stairs which has a hand rail on one side. There is one step from the kitchen out onto a path from which there are 3 steps up to the rear lawn.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one double with wash basin and shaver point, two twin and one single. A bathroom with an over bath electric shower, toilet, wash basin and shaver point and a shower room with wash basin and shaver point.

Heating comprises of night storage heaters in the dining room, lounge, playroom and landing with radiators in 3 bedrooms and a convector heater in one twin bedroom. There is an electric fire in the dining room, an open fire in the lounge, radiator in the kitchen, and heated towel rails in the bath room and shower room.

The fitted kitchen has a 4 ring electric cooker, dish washer, washer/drier, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Also equipped with a television, digital box, DVD player and CD/tape/radio player.

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request (bed linen is not supplied).

Bed linen (duvets), towels (please supply your own beach towels and towels for a baby), electricity and logs are included in the price.

• There is a garden table, chairs, barbecue and washing line.

• There is off road parking.

• Smoking is allowed on the ground floor but not in the bedrooms.

• Children are warmly welcomed but I am sorry we do not accept pets.

 Bedding, towels and bath mats are changed on a weekly basis.
