All prices are inclusive of bed linen (duvets), towels, fuel and electricity (cot bedding, beach towels and towels for babies are not provided).
Pets. I am sorry but we do not accept pets.
Occupancy. This must not exceed seven plus a baby in a cot for which beds and cot are provided.
Camp beds and sleeping bags are not allowed in bedrooms and in the ground floor rooms.
Arrival and Departure. The cottage is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Cleaning and Damages. Will you please leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and let me know of any breakages. We reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
Provisional Bookings. These will be held for five days. - 1/3rd deposit is required on booking with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations. Please let me know immediately if you have to cancel. Monies paid will be refunded if I am able to relet the cottage, less an administration fee of £10.
Smoking. There is no smoking in the cottage but smoking is allowed outside in the garden.
In the unlikely event of the cottage being unavailable due circumstances beyond our control, every effort will be made to arrange an alternative cottage. If this is not possible a complete refund will be paid.
Discount of 5% for a 2 week booking.
Special rates for 1 couple occupancy and for 1 couple with young child excluding school holidays.
